Stewart Strawbridge is a real estate development and investment executive who serves as managing member of Exchange Street Partners in Portland, Maine, a position he has held since 2017. He leads the acquisition, management, and development of commercial and residential properties throughout the Portland area, including projects such as the Casco multifamily development. Since 2000, he has also served as managing member of a private family office, where he oversees capital allocation and long-term investment strategy across a diversified portfolio.

Previously, Stewart Strawbridge co-founded Selkirk Management LLC (Selkirk Partners), an equity investment firm specializing in long-term equity investment strategies across domestic and international markets. Working alongside two experienced investment professionals, he focused on identifying opportunities that generated sustained value over time. As managing member, he oversaw portfolio construction, stock selection, risk management, marketing, and third-party vendor relationships, drawing on extensive experience in hedge fund and private equity capital allocation.

Mr. Strawbridge earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, demonstrating advanced expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management, and ethical investment practices. He has also been affiliated with professional organizations including the CFA Institute and the Philadelphia Security Analysts Society.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Stewart Strawbridge has remained actively involved in philanthropy and community service. He has supported charitable organizations focused on medical research and environmental conservation, including the CURE Hydrocephalus Program. He has also served on the boards of the Portland Museum of Art, Lyotropics, Inc., and the Natural Resources Council of Maine, reflecting his longstanding commitment to civic engagement and responsible stewardship.
